Fleet Management is a software product developed and maintained by Bytelabz Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using the Fleet Management mobile application and web platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including administrators, staff members, and drivers.
📖 Description of Service
Fleet Management provides a fleet management platform that enables:
- Booking and trip management for transportation services
- Vehicle fleet tracking and assignment
- Driver management and trip assignment
- Invoice generation and financial record keeping
- Real-time notifications and status updates
- Customer relationship management
- Reporting and analytics for fleet operations
👤 User Accounts
To access the Service, you must have a valid account created by an authorized administrator. By using your account, you agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify the administrator immediately of any unauthorized access
- Provide accurate and complete information in your profile
- Not share your account credentials with any third party
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

🚗 Driver-Specific Terms
If you are using the Service as a driver, you additionally agree to:
- Hold a valid driving license appropriate for the assigned vehicle
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in good condition
- Enable location tracking during active trips as required by the Service
- Update trip status accurately and in a timely manner
- Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues promptly
- Not use the mobile application while operating a vehicle
📍 Location Services
Our Service may collect and use location data for operational purposes, including:
- Tracking vehicle positions during active trips
- Optimizing route planning and fleet management
- Providing real-time trip status updates
By using the Service, you consent to the collection of location data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disable location services through your device settings, but this may affect the functionality of the Service.
💳 Billing & Invoicing
The Service facilitates invoice generation and billing management. You acknowledge that:
- All billing information must be accurate and up to date
- Invoices generated through the Service serve as official billing records
- Payment terms are as agreed between the parties involved
- We are not responsible for errors in manually entered billing data
🔐 Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to:
